Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At Shotu, we strive for customer satisfaction with our unique 3D printed toys. This policy outlines the procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read it carefully.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • How to Request a Cancellation: To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through one of the following methods:
  • Information Required: When requesting a cancellation, please provide your Order ID to help us process your request quickly.
  • Confirmation: If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refund to your original mode of payment.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds under specific circumstances:

  • Eligibility for Refund: You are eligible for a refund if:
    • The product has a manufacturing defect.
    • You received an incorrect item (different from what you ordered).
  • Return Window: Requests for returns due to manufacturing defects or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • How to Request a Return: Please contact our customer support team via the Contact Us page or email hello@shotu.in with your Order ID and a clear description of the issue (photos may be requested for defects or incorrect items).
  • Return Process: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product to us. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, if possible.
  • Refund Issuance: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the defect or error is confirmed, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original mode of payment within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Please note that items damaged due to customer misuse or neglect are not eligible for a refund. Custom-made or personalized items may have different refund conditions, which will be communicated at the time of order if applicable.
